Since this message board is about nostalgia, one thing I remember as a child was the times I spent playing pinball. I know there are still some pinball machines around today, but they are not nearly as popular as they once were, now that we have all of the video games. I remember riding into town on my bicycle to a store that had a pinball machine, where I had gotten so good at it, I could play for hours on 50 cents, because I would keep winning free games. Times have changed a lot. Back then, it was safe for kids to ride around unsupervised on their bike, and nobody ever thought of having to wear a helmet.
